May your resolution be attainable and your motivation high.
Hello loves, 2017 is long gone welcome to 2018!
No matter how your 2017 was, chances are that you are looking forward to have a better 2018. Looking forward to doing one or two things differently from work to school to social life is all about bringing positive changes to your life.
Contrary, bringing on too many changes is actually stressful and unpractical. Mostly we make new year goals and end up forgetting them within a short period of time.
I wont emphasis on sticking rigidly to the resolution, but rather living a better 2018.
Here are a few tips of making your life better.
Even if you had a good year, you may also want to reminisce about the previous year. Look at the good and the bad, as you can figure out what you need to magnify or avoid. Ask yourself if everything is really achievable. There's no need to bog yourself down with those easily breakable goals, not when you're trying to focus on real improvement!
2. Make your goal attainable
Now that you have written your goals down, it's time to make them attainable. For the sake of your motivation this step is essential, make them mini goals. If your goal is to travel places, make a list of the places you want to visit and add dates. Make sure you write them on your planner so that you don't forget
3.Face the new year with positivity
Charge up your positive thinking. If 2017 was a dark year for you , then believe 2018 is going to shine.Think of the good things , focus on the positive and forget about the negative. You just have to find the things that gives you hope and then a way to spread it to others!
4.Create 'me' time
Before running to parties and get together, check in with yourself. Create self-care days. You can do a lot like cleaning your apartment, or listen to some good music, read a novel give yourself a Mani and pedicure among other things.
5. Celebrate
Save the best for the last. you have survived another year. Grab your nearest and dearest, and make this year your own by planning to enjoy all that 2018 has to offer. You deserve it.
